Supply Chain Specialist Job Opportunity:

Superior Lubricants Company Inc. is actively seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for our North Tonawanda Corporate headquarters location.  The Supply Chain Specialist will engage in critical thinking and a process approach to evaluate and analyze the storage, usage, and transportation of our materials and inventory.  This role will assess the entire flow of goods and materials to ensure the efficient delivery and movements of products.   This role will also be responsible for the following areas:

  • Inventory management-inventory receiving, transfers, productions, adjustments, managing min/max levels, fuel tracking, and inventory data entry
  • Inter-company inventory billing
  • Purchasing- PO processing/receiving
  • Overall process improvements with inventory tracking and management

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • One to three years of prior Inventory Management experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all departments within the organization
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work at a high level of confidence with complete professionalism
  • Highly proficient computer skills (Excel, Power Pivot, Microsoft CRM)
